- Debris removal and hauling (Mr. Grapple)
- Tree trimming and tree removal (Mr. Grapple)
- Lawn care and maintenance (CE Lawn Care)
- Yard cleanup and property maintenance
- Related outdoor services
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment.
Final pricing may change if:
- Additional debris or labor is required
- Hidden hazards or site conditions are discovered
- Equipment or disposal needs change
Customers will be notified before additional charges are incurred when possible.
Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability and may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Equipment issues
- Job complexity
- Emergency service priorities
We reserve the right to reschedule when necessary.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate job information
- Ensure safe and reasonable property access
- Identify known hazards (sprinklers, septic systems, utilities, fencing, etc.)
- Secure pets and valuables prior to service
We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards.
Tree & Heavy Work Disclaimer
Tree removal and debris hauling involve inherent risks. Customers acknowledge:
- Lawn or landscape disturbance may occur
- Underground conditions cannot always be predicted
- Large equipment may leave tire marks or surface impact
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late or unpaid balances may result in:
- Late fees (as allowed by Georgia law)
- Suspension of future services
- Collection actions if necessary
Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations when possible. Repeated cancellations may affect scheduling priority.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Essential Services of Atlanta, Inc. (including CE Lawn Care and Mr. Grapple) is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or property value
- Delays caused by weather or external factors
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
No Guarantees
Results may vary based on property conditions, weather, and environmental factors.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Essential Services of Atlanta, Inc. and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Georgia courts.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
